About Mediator: Greetings, My name is Koji, a nationally certified English-speaking guide living in Kyotanabe city, Kyoto. First, let me welcome you to Japan and be your Private Guide in the Kansai region of Japan's main island of Honshu. The region includes the prefectures of Kyoto, Nara, Osaka, Hyogo, Wakayama, Mie, Shiga. The area of Kyoto, Osaka and Kobe (the Keihanshin region) is the second most populated in Japan after Greater Tokyo. After more than 20 years in the business world, in May 2015, I began a new career as a professional guide. Through my education, private study and travel experience I am well qualified to be your guide to the geographic wonders, history, customs, and places of interest in Japan.
