Iwanumaya Onsen

Onsen(Hot Springs)

Iwanumaya is a Japanese guesthouse in the Akiu Onsen area of Sendai that features its own attractive hot spring (onsen). The Iwanumaya Onsen is open to non-staying guests who just want to visit during the day. The Akiu Onsen source was discovered about 1,500 years ago and is said to be a natural hot spring whose water is mild and suitable even for small children and people with more sensitive skin. In addition, you can choose from baths with three different water temperatures which should make it possible for everyone to find a bath that is suitable for them.
