Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park in Osaka prefecture commemorates the International Garden and Greenery Exposition 1990. It is a large flower park that changes its face in every season. It is famous for its windmill that evokes a European atmosphere. The park features a huge greenhouse and an observatory tower in addition to many other facilities and themed gardens.
