What we'll do

A tour with a view that makes any visitor want to instantly try and capture its splendor: one found at the teahouse of Daimon, and a scenery that varies depending on the time of day at Sakurai Futamigaura and Jihangun. The photos that are taken at these two spots are a must on anyone’s social media, so why not make a trip down to see for yourself?

    Keya no Oto

    Keya no Oto is a cave made from rare rock formations created via sea erosion which is located in Itoshima area of Fukuoka. A beautiful site to behold as you approach via boat, the huge basalt rock formation is 210ft (64 meters) high, 287ft (90 meters) long, and 33ft (10 meters) wide and is one of the biggest of its kind in Japan. The ferry ride to the cave takes around 30 minutes and is definitely worth the visit!

    Sakurai Futamigaura

    Sakurai Futamigaura is a scenic spot on the coast in the west of Fukuoka Prefecture. It is famous for the 'couple rock', two rocks connected by a sacred rope called shimenawa. The union of the two rocks is meant to symbolize marriage. Sakurai Futamigaura is a popular spot for picture taking and is considered one of the top spots in Kyushu to watch the sunset. The scene of the setting sun casting its red light on the rocks is truly romantic.

    Jihangun

    Jihangun is an up and coming arty hot spot that has been trending on Instagram, that can be found in Itoshima, Fukuoka. Take a picture inside of a "jihanki" (Japanese vending machine), or on the giant yellow swing along this beautiful and peaceful stretch of the sea front.

    Zauo Restaurant and Beach

    The main branch of the ZAUO fish restaurants is located next to a scenic beach in Fukuoka city. The restaurant is popular not just for its menu of fresh seafood, but also for the things you can do outside the restaurant which includes picture taking, playing on a playground, enjoying the beach, barbecue (BBQ) and eating shaved ice with syrup.
