This is the period when countless lotus flowers blossom in the marsh area of the Izunuma-Uchinuma lakes, turning the area into a sea of green and pink. For a fee, you can board small boats that make their way through the marsh. It is a perfect opportunity to get up close with the flowers and take some great photographs. |
