Being dedicated to the god of martial arts, thunder, and war, this shrine has been revered by Japanese warlords since its construction. Visitors to the Grand Shrine might be lucky enough to catch a display of the yearly martial arts festival, but check ahead of time for details about dates. With a treasure hall befitting its deity, you will be able to view some ancient Japanese military treasures while even getting to touch some of the replicas.
