Mizkan Museum is a museum where you can interactively learn about Mizkan's history as a vinegar manufacturer, and also Japanese food in general too. With different themed rooms and activities to learn about how Japanese vinegar, which is an important ingredient in Japanese, cuisine is made, you can go home with an appreciation for it's rich history in Japan!
