Three million people visit it every year, and it is the second largest shrine in the Kyushu area. There is a Japanese garden in its compound, and you can enjoy the nature there in all four seasons, with there being wisterias and peonies in spring, morning glories in summer, chrysanthemums and autumn leaves in autumn, and plums and cherry blossoms in winter.
