What we'll do
It's fun to learn through walking! A local guide will guide you through Naramachi in Nara City. Naramachi is an old marchant district lined with townhouses dating back to the Edo period. Traditional flavors, craftsmanship, herbal medicines, and specialty products are passed on to the present.
Meeting Place
The guide will meet you at the ticket gate of JR Nara station or the east exit of Kintetsu Nara station.
Meeting place can be customized with your request. Additional charges may apply depending on location.

Machiya is a traditional townhouse. Some Matchiya are open to the public so that you can enjoy Machiya tours. Feel the life of old merchants.
